Database

How do I add a missing model to the database?
Navigate to the database page by selecting the DATABASE button at the top. Then select the ADD MODEL button near the top of the page. An account is required. All submissions will be reviewed by a moderator.
How do I add a missing airline to the database?
Navigate to the airline info page by selecting the INFO button at the top, then selecting the "Airline List" section. Then select the ADD AIRLINE button near the top of the page. An account is required. All submissions will be reviewed by a moderator.
How do I add a missing aircraft to the database?
Navigate to the aircraft info page by selecting the INFO button at the top, then selecting the "Aircraft List" section. Then select the ADD AIRCRAFT button near the top of the page. An account is required. All submissions will be reviewed by a moderator.

My Collection

How do I add a model to my collection?
Select the icon for the relevant model. The model will be immediately added to your collection. You can then edit details about your model. You can also select Multiple to add more than one of a particular model.
How do I remove a model from my collection?
Select the associated icon, then select Remove

Premium Subscription

Can I change my payment plan or payment method?
Yes! We partner with Stripe to manage your payments. You can change your plan or payment method at any time by going to your Subscription settings and selecting the Manage button.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to your Subscription settings and select the Manage button. From the Stripe portal, you can cancel your subscription. Important note: No refund will be given for subscription cancellation, however your Premium features will still be available until your subscription expires.
